I really like Aviva! I love that it seems energetic, and that it's a palindrome name.

I like it. I agree that it seems vivacious and sparkly. Its meaning ("spring") makes it all that more vivacious.Out of your combos, my favorites are:
Aviva Bernadette
Aviva Blythe
Aviva Bryony
Aviva Caroline
Aviva Clare - I prefer the spelling Claire, though. It looks a lot more beautiful.
Aviva Constance
Aviva Dagmar
Aviva Dagny
Aviva Gwendolen
Aviva Helen
Aviva Judith
Aviva Laurel
Aviva Leonor
Aviva Madeleine
Aviva Magdalen / Magdalene
Aviva Margot
Aviva Marianne
Aviva Marigold - So fun!
Aviva Melisande
Aviva Melusine
Aviva Patience
Aviva Pearl
Aviva Rosalind
Aviva Rosaline
Aviva Rosamond / Rosamund / Rosemonde
Aviva Roxane
Aviva Tanith
Aviva Xanthe

I love Aviva, it's got a 'deep red velvet' image for me or like a shiny ruby :)Aviva Pearl / Pearl Aviva are my stock combos. Ha, I just now noticed that Pearl is a "gem" name too... I guess that's why I like them together. Creamy pearl and luscious red velvet, so pretty together!

I started to like the name a few years ago and then 3 weeks later Norwich Union (an insurance company) changed it's name to Aviva. Therefore it's unusable in my opinion, at least in the UK anyway.I do like Aviva Cecily, though!
