I really wouldn't asscoiate names with these colors except Pink and Orange themselves. There have been a few girls named Pink since the singer Alecia Moore adopted that as her stage name and became famous in the 1990s. And Orange was regularly found as a male given name in the USA in the 19th century, taken from the surname of the Dutch royal family, not from the fruit or the color.
