Hannah: One of my favorite names. It sounds intelligent. I don't care how popular it is, I would consider it if I were having a daughter (before I inevitably went with Leah.)
Violet: I'm warming to it. It's very sweet.
Vivienne: I prefer Vivian; I think it has more juice. I like it. It's pretty and not overly frilly. It "pops".
Caroline: It's too pioneer mom to me, probably because of "Little House". Ma was such a nag, I wouldn't name a daughter Caroline. Also, I have an aunt Carol. :P
Madeline: This one has always seemed too...I don't know...upper class to me. It has a coldness to it that I just don't like. It isn't BAD, though. Maddie is cute.
Mia: I like Mia. Some people say it's too nickname-y, but I think it's fine. I like the way it sounds; it reminds me of a self-assured, confident girl who doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles for people to notice her.
Juliet: I prefer Julia or Julianne. Juliet is tragic for obvious reasons.
Faith: This seems to be the go-to name for people who have preemies or babies with health problems. As a name, I think it's just okay. Kind of boring.
Tessa: Never liked it. Seems harsh, and it reminds me of "tesseract", or "testicle".
Sabrina: Pretty, but too princess-y for me. I couldn't consider it with a straight face, if I brought it up to my husband I would just start laughing. It's not our style at all.
Celina or Selena: Selena gets my vote. Like the meaning, like the singer. Good associations, IMO.

My top five:Violet: My favourite of the lot, combining my love for V- names and names associated with the colour purple. It's delicate and feminine and mysterious and innocent at the same time. Haven't come across someone with this name.
Victoria: Another V- name I love. Strong and feminine and can never go out of date.
Faith: I have a soft spot for hippie/virtue names, and Faith is simply beautiful in sound and in print. I love its meaning as well even in a non-religious context. Haven't come across anyone with this name either.
Caroline: I love Anglicised Latin names (Cecily and Francis come to mind). I'd like to see it used more often than Charlotte.
Genevieve: Such a traditional and underused name. It's always a delight to find out a Jenny/Genny is actually a Genevieve!

Caroline vs CharolotteI think Caroline actually use to be more common than Charlotte (at least that's how it felt when I was growing up). Charlotte was basically unheard of, while Caroline (or Carolyn or whatever spelling) was reasonably common. I had a cousin Caroline and I knew another Caroline pretty well when I was fifteen. I was seventeen before I ever met another Charlotte. But now Charlotte is stupid popular in nearly every English speaking country. I honestly think Caroline is a better name; it just sounds nicer to me. I guess less overly "little girl" - that 'ette' at the end of Charlotte!

GemmaI also like Alicia and Caroline.Of the two spellings, I prefer Celina - Selena is just a little too Selena Gomez.

Hannah - very flat and dull and dated, though I can't point fingers for datedness because I'd use Anne any day (and did, as a 2nd mn for #2 Daughter)
Violet - oh dear, no. Vi is almost as abad ad Di!
Vivienne - prefer Vivien; dislike Viv
Caroline - my first daughter!
Madeline - it's a family name in this spelling, though its bearer went by her mn, May. I'd use Madeline as a mn if at all, for popularity and spelling reasons
Mia - silly and trite, a name of last resort
Juliet - lovely but only as a mn to avoid the tedium of Julie
Faith - tricky for elderly relatives with false teeth, and I don't like the stereotyping
Tessa - ooh, yes, please! Tess, no; Theresa, no; Tessa yesyesyes
Sabrina - 1950s blonde starlet, bursting out of her clothing. Pity, as it's lovely as a river name
Celina or - prefer Celine but not nearly enough to use. I had a Celine colleague once who hated it viciously and went by Sally!
Selena - prefer Serena
Hazel - the Old Witch, or the astringent, or the nut?
Rose - a bit too sweet and simple! Good nn for Rosamund and Rosemary
Susanna - nice and Mozarty; prefer it with the -h ending
Victoria - love it and would use it - I've got a Vickie friend so I'd probably use that, though Victor is a family name on both sides

Not sure I can pick a top five, since I love a lot of these names. But here goes...Hannah
Gemma - slight preference for the Jemma spelling, but still love it like this.
Faith
Victoria
Rose
Vivienne
HazelOkay, so it's a top seven, but there you have it. Probably in that order too.

Hannah - quite plain, prefer Anna
Violet - not one of my favourite flower names, too close to violent
Vivienne - like it, maybe more so as a middle name though, I think the nn Vivi is cute,
Caroline - very sophisticated, can't really imagine on a newborn though
Madeline - cute
Mia - not much substance in my opinion
Juliet - beautiful, especially as a middle name
Faith - bleh, not sure how else to describe it
Tessa - love it, one of my top contenders at the moment, though I'm concerned that it's too nicknamey and should be used with Theresa as the given name
Sabrina - all I think of is the Teenage Witch assocation
Celina or Selena - um, not a fan, prefer Serena
Hazel - old lady
Rose - common middle name, maybe slightly more interesting as a first name, maybe not
Susanna - like this at the moment, also Suzette, as a middle name
Victoria - too stuffy for my liking
Alexandra - I'd love to see this used more often, love nn Sasha
Catalina - too catty
Catarina - ditto
Alicia - A-lee-si-a or a-leesh-a?
Sofia - love it, this spelling too
Bethany - boring to me
Genevieve - love it, though would probably only use it as a middle name
Gemma - no substance, kind of dated in my opinionMy Top 5:
Sofia
Tessa / Theresa
Alexandra
Juliet
Genevieve / Madeline / Vivienne
