Re: ATTN: Andy
Thanx so much, Claire! This is exactly the book I wanted. Unfortunately I don't have a credit card, so I can't order the book in France, also postage is quite pricy. I'll have to try some other way.I like the Internet, but I love books. You might see me in the middle of ten or more books on my desk, on the floor, on the shelf, digging up information. And the I try to tie it all together which takes a lot of concentration. But I love it.By the way, how good is your German? I would like to send you an article or two I've written for the newspaper. I've been doingthis for a year and a half now Saturday by Saturday and I enjoy it very much. I'm afraid "Claire" is not on the schedule yet.Andy ;—)

My German should be great since it's my first foreign language... But in fact I would say it's "average". I still had German lessons in 2002/2003 and my average grade was A / A+ but I think it came from the fact that the other pupils were cr*p because they hated German, not from my being specially good lol
I would love to read your articles though. You know, I always wrote stuff for the middle school / high school / university newspapers, but it wasn't very interesting. Mostly books, movies or fashion reviews. I even thought about becoming a journalist but I would like a better paid job lol

Hi, Claire!
If your German is just half as good as your English you shouldn't have any problems reading the articles.
But you should give me your mail address, as not everybody on this board wants to share them (3,000 characters/article). I've added mine to this message so I hope this works. If not so let me know. I'll be gone for a couple of days, so take your time. These are the names I've worked on starting with the letter A:AGNES (INES): Hexe oder Heilige?
ALEXANDRA: Was hat sie bloß gegen Männer?
ALBERT: Theologen, Nobelpreisträger und Liedersammler
ALFRED: Elfenrat – oder edler Friede? ALOIS: Nicht allwissend, aber berühmt AMANDA: Liebens-würdig? Geliebt!
