[Opinions] WDYT of Casper?
What do you all think of the name Casper? I'll admit now that I loved it after seeing the movie about the ghost, but years and years later I still think it is remarkably handsome and would age well. Also I think fewer kids nowadays have seen the film? Anyway, I'd love your opinions and any mn suggestions. Also, do you think it would fit with siblings Oliver, Tobias and Clara? Thanks in advance!

I think Casper is quite nice, because Jasper is my fave male name and the sound is just so similar. Casper would work very well with Oliver, Tobias and Clara imo.

It's a favorite, but doesn't really match my other favorites at the moment. I like Casper Louis.

It took a long time for this name to grow on me, but I really like it now -- spelled Caspar, Kaspar, Casper, and Kasper. :)It has a fantastic sound, in my opinion.I think it goes wonderfully with Oliver and Tobias. It's a little close in sound to Clara for me, but does also go well with it as far as style.Casper Duncan

I like the name Casper/Caspar and I think it goes well with Oliver. But I think that it doesn't go too well with Clara or Tobias.

I love Casper, though I prefer Caspar. I don't think the ghost association would be too much of a problem, even though a lot of people have heard of it. Oliver, Tobias, Casper and Clara go very well together.

I do think it would fit with the sibset, but I personally can't get past the movie reference. You could always spell it Kaspar (technically correct), but then you run into the whole kre8tive mess. Perhaps as a middle name, although I don't think the younger set has such a strong reference to the friendly ghost.Casper Michael

It sounds like a good name for a cat. I wouldn't use it on a human due to the ghost connection.
