Yes, Imogen is pronounced "IM-uh-jun" or "IM-uh-jin."
Imogen Felicity is my favorite from your list, with Imogen Beatriz a very close second. Very pretty. :-)
I once saw the combo Imogen Hermione and it struck me as the perfect combo. It works the other way too, Hermione Imogen. Others:

The only other spelling that I've seen is Imogene, but that changes the pronunciation to "IM-uh-jeen" and in my opinion completely changes the feeling of it.
