[Opinions] Caleb
Hi,I'm writing a story where one of the main characters, Joseph "Joey" Steven Parker (26) becomes a single father after having a relationship with a girl named Allison "Allie" Georgia Lockhart(24). Allie becomes pregnant with theri child, and then leaves after the birth. (years later Joey and Allie reunite and marry) So, Joey is left with a bay boy, that first he has to name, which is where I am having a problem with. I've decided that Joey will choose the first name of Caleb for his son, after his grandfather (his mother's father), but I'm having trouble with the middle name. What middle name might he come up with, and possibly why? How would he choose the middle name? Background information on the characters:Joey's parents are Henry Thomas Parker and Amanda Josephine Potter Parker.
He has 4 siblings: Megan, Nick, Jason and Kelly
Joey is a police officer
He has always been considered as a ladies man
had a fear of settlling downAllie has one older half sister, Cassie
She has had a troubled childhood
Both her parents are dead, her mother dies when she was young and was raised by her father who treated her badly

Depending on how Joey feels about Allie, I would consider using a mn to honour her. Say, Caleb George or Caleb Hart (part of her last name). Sure she has abandoned them, but it could be the dads way of trying to provide some connection to the mom, some sort of positive spin? Or maybe his hope that she will return? I actually kind of like Caleb Hart.

Caleb Joseph would be my first instinct. Caleb Henry or Caleb Thomas also sound great.
