I say emma-leen but with a slightly different emphasis than in the name Emma. Like EM-eh-leen (this distinction might not be obvious in some accents but in mine I think it is)
I love Emmeline but I feel it would be confused for Emily all the time since Emily is so popular and sounds so similar.
