I like it a lot. It's so warm and round. It's cute and handsome at the same time. It feels like the name of a guy you can count on, a steady Eddie sort. I think it's fine on any sort of person - I knew a white French-Canadian guy with this name.
Omar Emile (Emil or Emile is another "steady" name I love, and together they are not too bad!)

I like all of these names combos, but I'm not familiar with Jabez.
It's a name I discovered while doing archive work years ago, and it's always stuck with me.
