[Opinions] Cordelia?
WDYT of Cordelia, with maybe the nn Delia or Cordy?
Or do you think Delia on it's own is better?

I prefer Delia on its own. I'm not a fan of Cordelia for some reason, although I usually like old-fashioned names.

My only association with the name Cordelia is the character on Buffy named Cordelia nn Cordy, so the name makes me think of the snobby cheerleader type. Delia is okay, but pronunciation might be an issue w/ a lot of ppl.
I love it! It's one of the most beautiful girl names I know. It's very elegant, wonderfully feminine, nicely melodic, and it's got a Shakespeare association, too, which is always a pro in my book :-)
I personally would prefer Cordelia without a nn because it's too gorgeous a name to be shortened, but if I had to choose one, I'd go for Delia.

Delia is pretty, Cordy not at all.
Agreed; "Cordy" just invites giggles. "Dell" or "Delia" will do just fine.

I like Cordelia simply because it's uncommon it's so Shakespeare. I would never use a nn for this name I dont think.

Cordelia is gorgeous, I love it. I personally would use Cora as a nickname over Delia or Cordy.
Delia by itself is okay, but I much prefer Cordelia.

I love this name! It's the anagram of my name ;)
