Lavinia
I always thought Lavinia had a pretty, 19th century feel to it. I also think it could work in modern day, because it isn't TOO dusty. WDYT?Here are a few combos I've come up with:Lavinia Rose
Lavinia Iris
Lavinia Ruth
Lavinia Margaret
Lavinia Juliet
Lavinia May
Lavinia Beatrix
Lavinia Therese
Lavinia Violet (too much of the V sound?)
Lavinia Katherine/Catherine
Lavinia Susannah
Lavinia Pearl
Lavinia Hannah
Lavinia Beth
Lavinia Josephine

I like it a lot. Very pretty. Yes Lavinia Violet has too much V. Lavinia Ruth is my fave of your list.

I love Lavinia! :) I think that it could work in modern day as well, especially since V (Ava, Olivia, etc.) and L (Lily, Lola, Lila, Lucy, etc.) names being fashionable.I love nearly all of them, but these are my very favorite combos from your list:
Lavinia Iris
Lavinia Ruth
Lavinia Margaret
Lavinia May
Lavinia Therese
Lavinia Violet
Lavinia Catherine
Lavinia Pearl
Lavinia Josephine

I this name is so cute to me. I used to watch this cartoon called Jane and the Dragon and the little princess's name was Lavinia.

I really like it, and I think it's totally usable at this time. I have only known one, and that was thirty years ago, an African-American girl with whom I attended college. She'd be about fifty now. The only reason I wouldn't use it is because of the possible nickname Vinny.

heart!I love Lavinia, because it is one of the few neato family names I have. So it's mine, hands off! Ha,ha! Just kiddin'. Let's fill the world with Lavinias. I always figure I'd call her Liv, or Vinny for short, because that is cool.I like these! Lavinia May
Lavinia Katherine/Catherine
Lavinia Pearl
Lavinia Beth - this is so unexpected and sweet. Lavinia Kate would also be darling.I am much better at comboing when Lavinia is the middle name, it makes me sad. But some of my ideas are:Lavinia Norah
Lavinia Faye
Lavinia Eleanor / Lavinia Elinor
Lavinia Gwendolen (but that is so long)
Lavinia Nell

I like Vinny, too. I also think Lavvy would work in a playful mood. :)Lavinia Faye is gorgeous, but I prefer Fay. Lavinia Gwendolen is nice, too.
