I prefer it with a double N in general, and the spelling I'm used to is Anneke. Where I live it's trite for the middle-aged to elderly and not much used for children, if at all.

I plan to name my second daughter Anika, to honor my grandmother Ana (the first daughter will be Barbara after my other granny).
We don't use middle names, so I don't have any set combos, but how about:Anika Simone
Anika Sofia
Anika Judith
Anika Penelope
Anika Louise
Anika Josephine
Anika Zoe
Anika Margaret
Anika Beata
Anika Paige
Anika LenoreLike any?
