Although a couple of the names are not my personal favourites, these are all lovely, classic combos. My thoughts:
Adela Frances - very pretty, and I love Frances as a middle name. I think I would prefer to see Adele here though, as Adele Frances flows better to me
Teresa (Tessa) Clare - gorgeous! I love the full combo, and I love the nickname Tessa. My favourite of the lot
Georgia Evangeline - this is cute, but I would prefer Georgina Evangeline. My niece's name is Georgina Evelyn, which I think is very sweet
Sophie Christina - Lovely, and I'm happy to see Sophie here rather than Sophia, which I think is getting a bit boring
Rebecca Gwen - I don't like either name, but that is just a personal choice thing and the combo is definitely not bad. I feel like it would work better if the middle name were a little longer, though
Bridget Susannah - love Bridget. Susannah is okay, but I don't think it 'matches' Bridget - the combo sounds a little off to me. I think Bridget needs something a little spunkier to go with it, though I can't think what. Maybe Bridget Sierra? Bridget Sadie?
Theodora (Thea) Jane - very pretty, and I love the nickname Thea for Theodora. This is my second favourite combo of the set.

These are all good combos.
I love love love Adela Frances
I really like Rebecca Gwen and Sophie Christina and Theodora (Thea) Jane - the last combo is my favourite out of the three
Bridget Susannah is nice - refreshingly uncommon, though I prefer Susannah Bridget nn Sukey
Teresa (Tessa) Clare is my least favourite - but I like it nevertheless!

Adela Frances -- I'd be more inclined to use Adela Francesca, however, this is lovely. Adela is an interesting choice as a fn.
Teresa (Tessa) Clare -- I'd tweak Clare to Claire, but this is my fave Teresa combo. I like Tessa too. The combo and the nn together is a real win/win.
Georgia Evangeline -- I like both names yet together, it seems off to me. I think it's the repeated g sound.
Sophie Christina -- I like this, however, I'd rather see Sophie Christine or Sophia Christina.
Rebecca Gwen -- Again, I like each name yet I'm not into nns at all so I'd rather see Rebecca Gwendolen (or Gwendolyn). I also find this combo a tad hard sounding (the c and g sounds so close together).
Bridget Susannah -- This is quirky, retro and very satisfying. I love it.
Theodora (Thea) Jane -- Perfection! My fave combo here.
Good job overall!

Favourite: Bridget Susannah. It seems brighter and more youthful than the other combos.
Least favourite: Adela Frances or Georgia Evangeline. There's something about them I can't quite put my finger on.

I like Tessa Clare enough to use IRL, but I dislike the whiney sound of Teresa.
Sophie Christina sounds wonderful; not sure about Sophie instead of Sophia, and not at all sure about either of them in view of their popularity.
Rebecca Gwen is ... interesting! But I don't like the repeated E sound. Rebecca Jane would please me more.
Bridget Susannah is good; rhythmically I'd prefer Susannah Bridget, but without knowing the ln it's impossible to say.
Of the others, I like Jane a lot; I somewhat like Frances; and I would like Georgina if it were an option.

I think I love Adela Frances the best, but I also really love Theodora Jane. Bridget Susannah is interesting because it combines two names that don't do much for me and creates a combo I really like. There aren't any combos here I dislike, but if I had to pick a least favourite, it'd probably be Rebecca Gwen, simply because I prefer Gwendolen or Gwenaelle.
