Hester Olive is a cute combo even if I'm not a huge fan of Hester. Hester and Olive match well and the combo goes pretty well with Myrtle Nola.
I love Elwood and Patrick. One of my favorite neighbors growing up was named Elwood. Patrick is just a name I've always liked. Elwood and Patrick don't quite have the same feel to me so they aren't a perfect combo but they sound good together.
Elwood Patrick goes fairly well with Myrtle Nola though Hester Olive matches slightly more. Patrick is the only name that just doesn't have the same feel as the rest of these. Its feel is close but doesn't quite match. But I still like Elwood Patrick because I really like both names.

I dislike Patrick because I don't like any of its nicknames but I do really like Peter. And I think Myrtle and Peter go nicely together... it seems like a sturdier set than Myrtle and Elwood, which comes off a little more flighty and self-conscious. Also I think Peter Elwood would be an awesomely unexpected combo
They're not my style. Personally, they sound like a pair of old frumps in an old age home.
I love them! Nice choices :)
I think Hester Olive is beautiful, there is something quirky and feminine about it. I think it pairs perfectly with Myrtle Nola.
Elwood, I worry about, because it is a name I wouldn't really like to have if I was a male. Patrick however, is pretty wonderful. It just doesn't quite fit like your others. Edward, maybe, since it has the oldish feel that Myrtle and Hester have. Sorry!

Elwood P ...
Blues?
Patrick is very nice, it deserves to be in the first name spot.
To be honest, Elwood and Hester seem very self-consciously frumpy.

I think Hester is funny, in a good way. I've been thinking about it lately. It's not something I would choose, but I'm glad to see someone else using it. As for Olive... I prefer Olivia. Nothing wrong with the name at all, but again - nothing I would choose. It's a good combo and sounds good with Myrtle Nola.
I don't have anything good to say about Elwood, so I won't say anything about it. I like Patrick though and wish the combo was Patrick Elwood instead :)
