Caitlin "Cate"- I like Cate, but Caitlin and all it's variants became so popular and trendy that I just can't bring myself to like it. Caitrin is an alternative (I know a girl named Kaitrin).
Claire- I love this with Ben and Meg. Fits the vibe perfectly.
Elizabeth "Beth" - Ben and Beth are a little too match. I think Elizabeth is perfect with Benjamin and Margaret, but maybe a different NN?
Grace- Nice but a bit of a snooze these days.
Hope- Fine, but I've never quite loved Hope. I don't see it with Ben and Meg.
Rosalie "Rosie"- Lovely, though a bit more fanciful than Benjamin and Margaret.
