I don't know why I keep hearing about this weird family. I would go with Miriam, because now you've started the 'M' theme you've got to commit to it.

But, regardless, I would name Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus and Meredith's brother Marshall.
It's about the only 'M' boys names that I like!

Hmmm their taste seems to have improved over the years. Meredith is much nicer than Mackynzie.
My favorite M names are:

Mary
Marigold
Mathilde and Matilde
Matilda
Maya and Maia
Mirabelle and Mirabella

Oh ok, I just realized it is a boy :P Hmmm for a boy... Malcolm? I always kind of liked this.
So I would name him Malcolm. I also like Max but it doesn't really fit. If they were expecting a girl, I think from my favorites Marie would probably work best. Malcolm or Marie :)

Mackynzie sticks out so I'm not really sure what to expect. I think they will go with either Miles or Matthew. Personally I'd go with Micah or Mason.

Only one of their childrens' names is Biblical, so I don't think they'll go for anything classically from the Bible. Then again, they might try to affirm their faith in God to the public in naming their next son something Biblical after the scandal they faced.

I personally like Maddox, Magnus, Maksim, Massimo, Murray, Mortimer, Maxim, Milo, Mischa, Maximilian, Meriwether, or Mannix but they are more likely to go for Malachi, Matthew, Moses, Micah, or Mark I think and I would actually be impressed if they went with Maxwell, Meshach, Methuselah or Melchior.
