These names all have a magical, for lack of a better word, feel to me. I've noticed that quite a few members have been liking Ptolemy. I thought it was a little odd at first, but it truly does have a soft and masculine feel to it that I find charming. I especially love Nikolai (do you like the nn Niko?) & Lorenzo (Enzo?).Pandora's been a long time GP of mine. Some days I really like it, others I don't. I think it might come across as a little much, but it really is a pretty name. Beatrix is awesome! I've really liked this name for a while now, especially with the -trix ending instead of the -trice one. Sybil is probably my absolute favorite girl name, so I obviously adore it!

Awwh, thanks! Magical/whimsical is what I'm going for. Ptolemy had to grow on me a bit too, or at least it took a while until I really loved him enough to put on my list as a first. But I've always seen Ptolemy as sweet and boyish, which makes him a lot more usable in my opinion. I'm not that much into nicknames, but I like playing around with them and I do love Niko/Niki/Kai for Nikolai, and adore Enzo for Lorenzo. I sometimes have doubts about Pandora, but I always come back to her and to be honest out of all my girls' choices she's been one of only constants. I've thought about replacing her with Beatrix, but my love of the unusual has outweighed my love of Beatrix so far; her popularity where I live is the one thing holding me back. And after some character persuasion, I can't imagine not loving Sybil now, so much strength and energy in one short name! That was longer than I thought haha.
