Jane -one of my favourite classics
Emily -neutral
Charlotte -like
Georgia -all place name to me, but not really "given name" kind of material. It just sounds odd for some reason.
Caroline -nms, but did you see the post I made a while back where I mentioned a girl I know of named Georgia-Caroline? And it actually really gets to me because we live on the border of Georgia and South Carolina?
Elizabeth -so much potential for fun nns.
Philippa -LOVE LOVE
Anne -cute
Eve -nms
Mary -nms

Jane- Dated and boring, can be nice but it's seen better days.
Emily- From an insiders perspective I think it's a pretty good name. People never get my name wrong nor do they ever mispronounce it or misspell it. The popularity can get annoying when you're one of three Emilys (Has happened to me) but I like my name, it's classic and I've never considered changing it.
Charlotte- I love it, it's classic and I love the nicknames Charlie and Lottie.
Georgia- I love it, it's my favorite feminine form of George.
Caroline- I like it, it's really been growing on me recently. I hate how it sounds in my accent.
Elizabeth- I love it, I like the nicknames Ellie, Lizzie, and Eliza.
Philippa- I love it, I like the nickname Pippa.
Anna- Same as Jane. I like Anna and Annie though.
Eve- Boring, I prefer Eva.
Mary- Same as Jane and Anne.
