Three names associated with wind

They're too out there for me, but if I had to use one, I would pick Zephyra. In high school, we learned to recite from memory the prologue to the Canterbury Tales...in Middle English. It mentions Zephyr.
Since it's an unusual name, I would stick to using it as a middle name. Probably with a more traditional first name.
Laura Zephyra
Jane Zephyra
Katherine Zephyra
Anna Zephyra
John Zephyr
David Zephyr
Robert Zephyr
Isaac Zephyr

I would prefer to use just plain Zephyr instead of Zephyra. I associate it more with the word zephyr than with the Greek god - although I know that's the source of the word - so I think it can be unisex.
I'd use either of the other two as a middle name - probably Suvituuli over Ninlil, but first I'd want to find out whether Suvituuli was a valid sort of word combination in Finnish.

There is a song about the name Mariah being the wind as for the names you have I would choose the last one
