1. Bernadette "Bernie", Ingrid, Meredith "Merry", or Fianna
2. Hecate "Catie", Circe, Cybele "Billie", Asherah "Ash", Tanith (f), Crowley "Crow", Vincent "Vin", Edgar "Eddie" (m), Pandaemonium "Pan" (u)'' - predictably witchy names
3. Jack, Jesse, Magnus, Rufus, Wolf - predictably macho names
4. Bathsheba, Marguerite, Jocelyne, Sibyl, Tabea, Ursula, Wilhelmina, Zelda (f) and she'd always be called "Old Lady" or something, or Balthazar, Jasper, Beaumont, Benedict, Ignatius, Alistair, Leopold, Montgomery
5. Spike, regardless of gender. Other than that, extreme names like Vercingetorix or Lancelot, or Boudicea, or something spunky with a cute nickname. Or ooh, yeah, a cute dragon reference would be super cute. Or something to do with fire. Magma?
