Naomi / Niomi
I've always liked the name Naomi and find it to be very pretty. A YouTuber I watch spells it Niomi (https://www.youtube.com/@niomismart), which I also like. But I was just recently (pleasantly) surprised to see it at 44 in the top 100 for the US 2024! And it appears it's been steadily rising higher and higher for a loooong time now, starting in the 90s... probably because of Naomi Campbell and, more recently, maybe the rising popularity of Naomi Scott as well - both of whom are British (where, funnily, the name has been dropping in popularity lol). What do you all think of Naomi / Niomi?

Naomi is a sweet name, I'm glad it's rising in the American chart. I don't really like Niomi, feels anomalous - but, ironically, I like Nyomi. My favourite spelling is Naomie, it looks complete.
I like Naomi. Can't say i like the Niomi spelling though.
Naomi is a funny little name I always forget about. I like it a lot; it's one of the few names that end in i that doesn't feel unfinished to me. I love that it's Biblical and also Japanese, I love it when that sort of coincidental cultural overlap happens.Naomi feels smart, capable and down to earth. I went to university with an absolutely gorgeous, tall, and warm-hearted Naomi so she gave me a very good impression of the name. Naomi feels like a very warm name to me in general.I've never seen Niomi before; I don't like it as much. It looks sort of....dehydrated.
I would pronounce them differently - Naomi is nay-OH-mee and Niomi is nigh-OH-mee. I adore Naomi but Niomi doesn’t appeal.
I like the sound of Niomi and the look of Naomi! Luckily, I don't like either of them enough to consider using them IRL.
It’s not a favorite of mine, but I don’t mind it! It’s a good name!
Naomi is very pretty! I like it.
I'm not opposed to Niomi either.
I really enjoy Naomi, both pronunciations in fact! (nay- and nigh-) It's such a sweet, pleasant name. I'm glad to see it rising - it's one of those underrated yet timeless classics. The spelling Niomi is very cute too. Although I wouldn't use it, it probably fixes some of the pronunciation ambiguity.
