I don't like it when pronounced a-LEE-sha, it sounds really cheap.
I like it pronounced a-LISS-ee-uh. It's closer to Alice and much classier than the 'common' pronunciation in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I'd never use it because everyone would pronounce it like Alesha.
