I have noticed that the naming style (especially female) in the UK is very different from my own, generally.
That said, the following are my favorites from the written list...

Abigail Grace
Eloise
Merryn
Lucy
Josephine
Heidi Winifred
Florence Louisa
Esther

There were a few others that I found tolerable, but many were paired with a forename or middle-name that caused me to reconsider posting, hah.
