I'm sure most English-speakers won't like Darko for the same reason (even though Draco seem to be doing better).
I have an irrational hate of Stephen, so Darko Stephen is a no-go. But I like Ivan Desiderius very much:-)

Darko Milan just popped into my head. He wishes to be considered for the Darko spot. (So does Darko Marco, but I won't let him in the door. He's too silly.)

Darko Milan gets the thumbs up. Darko does seem to go with M names, Darko Maximilian, Darko Manuel, Darko Mihael all sound good to me.
