[Opinions] Mary and Ella
I am really loving these names right now. What do you think of them? What are some possible full names for Ella?

I think the names Mary and Ella are very lovely names. I like them as well. Especially Ella. Now our tastes may vary. I tell alot of people this but I think these kind of names go really pretty with the mn Rose. Rose is just such a sweet name that I just love in my opinion. But whats nice about Mary and Ella are there are lots and lots of middle names that flow very well with them :)

I love both Mary and Ella and they would make a sweet sibling set. I think Ella can stand on its own, but traditionally it was a nn for Elizabeth. Others:Ellen / Helen / Helena
Eleanor / Eleanora
anything ending in "-ella" like Gabriella, Isabella, Antonella, Petronella, Arabella, Estella, etc.
Elsa
Elvira ("el-VEER-a")
Elva
Eloise / Eloisa
Eliane / Eliana
Elfrieda / ElfredaIt's so nice to see someone considering Mary for a dd. While it was overly used in the past, this next generation could use a few more.

Mary is classic, but getting "old" feeling because I never see it. It would be kind of refreshing to see it again in the mix of Madison's and Ella's and all the others.Ella is nmsaa, and personally, I loathe the popularity it is receiving. Any -Ella name would do. Isabella, Gabriella, and others I know exist but really dislike as well (not that I like Isabella or Gabriella)

I'm tired of Ella since it's so popular right now. Mary is ok, but a bit bland. How about Mariella?
