My favorite "-ette" name from your list is Lisette. I think it'd be a nice middle name... I love the combination Bonnie Lisette! My favorite "-ette" name is Henriette; it's so much better than Henrietta, in my opinion. Juliet is my second favorite girl name, but I don't really care for the spelling Juliette... Oh well!
Suzette
My admiration for Suzette has been waxing. I have never met one, though my mother is named Suzanne, and has been called Suzette by a few.
I also like:
Annette
Bernadette
Colette
Etiennette
Fayette
Lisette
Mignonette / Mignonnette
My cousin went to school with an Aqualette. That one not so much. :)

Cosette
Totally heard a little girl being called Cosette at the Children's Museum this morning. Cool!

I really like
Antoinette
Bernadette
Étiennette
Jeanette
Odette
Paulette
Simonette
I wouldn't use any of them, really - maybe Odette, and maybe Paulette as a middle name, for honouring purposes.

I love most -ette names. there's something saucy and retro about them. I think they are going to be the next big thing in cool naming trends. Their time will come! I have been in love with Georgette and Simonette for approximately a million years.
Jeanette - definitely has a hipster future. It's like Frances or Matilda. Actually, Frances, Matilda and Jeanette would be perfect sisters. It's smart and chic.
Nanette - ADORABLE. It just bounces along like a ponytail.
Annette - I was just thinking about this one the other day. It's sweet! I know it's not really "fresh", but I think Annette Marie would be just about the prettiest combo around. or Marie-Annette as a double name. Oooh.
Cosette - I've never been a fan of Les Mis, so I don't care about the association. I love the "zette" part of the sound.
Lisette - Like Cosette, but BETTER!
Vivette - oohh never seen this one before! I liiiike it.
Yvette / Evette - I don't know why everyone says Yvonne is so nice. Not when Yvette exists! Yvonne is so mopey and moany. Yvette is SHARP.
And to a lesser extent these...
Babette - really makes a statement. Sexy, lush and light, like a mousse.
Georgette - love. true love. My favourite form of the George-lady names. I would use it in a hot minute.
Colette - I've tried to make myself love this name. It's got all the things I love. But something about it just turns me cold. I think it's because my accent turns it into "kuh-lett" or "klet" almost. It's sad. Like how my family mangles Eleanor into "elner". Colette Eléonor would be a beautiful combo...

Jeanette - Of all the -ette names I find this one to be the most dated. It really rings of a 50s romcom to me. However, I think that it could be considered hipster chic these days, so I wouldn't discourage it's use, just nms.
Nanette - I know two Nanettes! Who would have thought? I actually really like this name. Both of the ladies I know are adults, and both are fantastic people. One goes by Nan, which I could take or leave. I think it's a surprising choice for a baby today, but not an unwelcome one.
Annette - Excpected this to rise in popularity after Miss Funicello passed away last year, but it didn't. Of all the -ette name, this I would consider the most mainstream and expected. I have always liked the name though - especially since it is the only one that doesn't immediately scream "French!".
Cosette - Nms. I can see why a lot of people like it, but it's just a tad too cutesy for me.
Lisette - My favorite. I never really considered this before, but I like it best of your list. It's modern, but not overly frilly. Unfortunately, it could be shortened to Lissy or Liz, or Lizzy, which would just make it boring.
Vivette - Considered this, as I love Viv names, but Vivienne and Viveca would win out over this. It just seems contrived to me, even though it is legit.
Yvette / Evette - Love it, though not every day. I have Evette on my short list. I love the Yvette spelling, but it's just too fancy for me. Evette is simpler. Though the shortening of Yva is absolutely adorable.
And to a lesser extent these...
Babette - no. Cartoony to me, and for some reason makes me think of a an unsavory female using her feminine wiles to manipulate the men around her. Ok, maybe that was verys pecific - but nms.

There are lots more that I didn't mention, I just don't really like them ;)
Ginette is new to me though. That's nice

Jeanette - I really dislike the spelling. It seems so much less logical to me than Janette or Jenette. The name is fine. Don't love it , don't hate it.
Nanette - Feels really dated. I don't like this one.
Annette - Cute. I don't mind it.
Cosette - It's okay. I seem to be very lukewarm on most of these.
Lisette - Adorable. Love it. I'm a pretty big fan of a lot of lis names.
Vivette - Spunky and more interesting than most of the others
Yvette / Evette - take it or leave it.
Babette - really don't like the bab part
Georgette - dislike as well
Colette - this one sounds weird to me
Olivette - take it or leave it
Suzette - adorable!
Bernadette - dislike
Josette - like it!
Paulette - nope

I like Lisette and Suzette; Yvette is nicer than Yvonne but not nice enough. The rest just don't appeal.
What do you think of Antoinette, by the way? I once knew an Annette with an Antoinette niece.

Claudette is so much bolder than the others imo.
I generally dislike them, but I think Annette is okay, and Evette / Yvette is really nice. I can't stand Cosette and Colette.
Antoinette would be nice if not for Marie-.
Rosette is nice.
Viviette I just discovered ... that's kind of neat, too.
I was checked out at the grocery store by a woman whose nametag said Serette.

I kinda like Serette. Unexpected.
Viviette is much nicer than just Vivette, the extra frill brings it to usability for me.
Rosette is actually lovely, but there are so many Rose names that it's not over-the-top great enough to make me use it.
Anotoinette... I though the same thing until I met one. She is a cute little Filipina woman in her early twenties. She has a daughter named Angel. Such a naming contrast, but she goes by the full Antoinette. I also have serveral Antonette and Antonettas in my f amily, so the whole sound has a usable feel.

The only one I would consider using is Georgette.
But I do like Bernadette also.
Mostly though I find "ette" names cold and sharp, I much prefer the "etta" endings, Henrietta being my favourite.
