Lionel came to mind before I saw it on your list, mostly because you seem to be describing Lionel Luthor. ;) Lucius is another obvious choice, but Lucian would probably be better to avoid him seeming like an obvious copy of Lucius Malfoy. Of your list, I like Lucian best. :)
