Arthur Henry (Llewellyn) is in my top 3, too. I adore Arthur in full but hate every one of his potential nicknames, which is why he's #3 and no higher.
Arthur James, Arthur Louis & Arthur David are also wonderful. Samuel drags Arthur down, flow wise.. it's the transition from ArthuR to Samuel that trips me up. Could be just me though. The only one I outright dislike, is Arthur Andrew. Arthur's sweet, dignified and sedate, Andrew's breezy, lightweight and rather flighty. They just don't mesh any way I look at them (Arthur's burgundy, Andrew's sky blue, Arthur's dignified, Andrew's a clown, Arthur's serious, Andrew's the freewheeling playboy...). I hope that made some sense. I know, I'm odd. :)
