Josephine is one of those names that I should theoretically like, but it just falls flat for me. I'm not a fan of Joseph (reminds me of heavy smokers, no idea why) so that's probably why I'm not into Josephine. However, it's a solid name that would carry a girl far.

Josie has always been one of my top nicknames, but I have heard or found are JoJo, Fina, Joey, Phee/Fi, Jovie, JJ, Sefi/Sephi, and of course Posey. Of those, I like Posey and Jovie the best.
