I don't like it at all. It sounds more like a word for something I can't quite put my finger on, rather than a person's name. Clem is even worse. I don't find Clem appealing at all, and always brings to mind Clement "Clem" from BTVS. Nice character, but he certainly wasn't known for his looks. 馃槀馃槀
Clem also makes me think of phlegm and clams, which naturally adds to it's unattractiveness.
I like Aurelia (biased though), Julia, Diana, Veronica, Ingrid, Natalia, Lydia (very biased. 馃榿) & Eliza
