I pasted the rules from a website:
To start, there will be a list of nine names. The person posting will select three girls’ names they love, then three that they like, and three that ‘lose’ and are dropped from the list. Then, the poster adds girls’ new names to the list. It continues for as long as people play.
Love: Bianca, Clemencia, Capucine
Like: Yvette, Claudia, Cecilia
Lose: Olivia, Ruth, Ariana
