Flannery

What do you think of naming a girl with the middle name Flannery (as in Flannery O'Connor)? I think it sounds very distinctive and not as obvious as some

I love it. I am reading Angry Housewives Eating Bon Bons, and one of the main characters named her daughter Flannery after an author I think, I'll have to look. It's different, but classy. It isn't wierd or ugly like so many of the names people try to name their kids today. It is distinctive and I love it.

I like it as a middle name. Even with your name. Catriona Flannery... look at that. I think that sounds pretty good :)

I agree. I like it as a mn, though I wouldn't use it as a fn. Catriona Flannery is cool :-)

As a middle name it's fine, I just would never use it as a first name.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
