I like Lucilla and always have. Much nicer than whiney Lucille and frilly Priscilla! Since it would probably shorten to Lucy, that might be a consideration, but then I love Lucy and almost used it for my first DD.
I don't like Julia or Marcelle or Tertia. Justine is good, if it counts, but not Justin. Maybe Justinian as a mn! I prefer Marcus to Mark and Julian to Julius.
Also, some less authentic than others:
Adrian (not Hadrian); Antonia; Cecily (not Cecilia or Caecilia); Celia (not Caelia); Horatio (not Horatius in spite of the Bridge); Marinus rather than Marina; Marius, somewhat; and Paul but not the fem forms.
