Charles Henry, Charles Arthur, Charles Oscar, and Charles Frederick would all work as good combos IMO (although Charles Arthur is probably the worst in terms of flow. It's still good, just not quite as easy to say as the others). I think Charles is my favorite first name on this list.
If I had a kid and needed to use these names, I'd choose Charles Oscar.
For girls, I think Helena, Louisa, and Eleanor are my favorites for a first name.
Helena Alice, Helena Beatrice, Louisa Helena, Louisa Eleanor, Louisa Alice, Louisa Beatrice, Eleanor Alice, Eleanor Louisa, and Eleanor Beatrice are some combos.
If I had a kid and needed to use these names, I'd choose Louisa Eleanor.
(I left out Caroline because I don't really like it, but it would fit as a middle name for any of the names on your list except maybe Eleanor.)
(And your last name is the one that rhymes with "hung" and not "dew", right? :P)
