Agnes, Alice, Frances, Jane (mainly because of Nick Drake), Nora, Penelope, Wren
I don't mind --
Annie, Clara, Cora, Delaney, Emma (if only it weren't so common!), Elsie, Hannah (due to personal associations), Joan (I think Joanie is precious), Lucy (again, stupidly common), Lena, Matilda, Nikki (more personal associations) Olive.
Everything else, though there isn't much, I agree with you on.
