Name prediction?
I usually don't care at all for trying to predict celebrity baby names but Jessica Alba was extremely specific on what she was looking for in a name and the parameters are kind of fun so I thought we could have a go at it :)She said on a talk show that her new son needs a name that is:
- unusual but not too weird
- starts with H
- is a word name
- two syllablesSisters are Honor Marie and Haven Garner Go!

Family theme names. Not my thing. They’re people, not a matching towel set.
Hunter (this is probably it... they might not know that it’s not unusual)
Holster
Herald
Helmet
Hector

Henley, Harper, Hart, Hendrix, Hero, Heath, Hooper. Time will tell I guess.

2 syllables AND a word name! I'm definitely waiting for the time to pass! Harper could work but is "common" on girls :(

I actually think maybe Hart.. sort of a word name, sort of matches Honor and Haven. Or maybe even Heath, Hero or Holt

2-syllable is one of her parameters. Hero could fit but it seems so different yo Honor and Haven!I'm super interested in the name they go for considering the clues. I think one of us will guess right!

Maybe Hartly?

That's a good one! Hartly Warren is quite handsome even if it's not my style.

I got it! ...How about Hoagie? For non-Americans, a hoagie is a big Italian-style sandwich, like a sub or a cheesesteak.

I know a girl named Hogie, she said her parents named her after a boat. I always thought it was a horrible name!

Some of my guesses...I've been thinking about this while doing some very boring and repetitive work today haha. The thing that gets me caught is the word name AND not too weird but also not common.Helix
Humble
Hormic
Heaven
Halo (too weird?)
Holist
Havana
Honan
Hither
Hydro / Hydrus / Hydrous
Holston
Hyson
The suggestions from you guys that I think could be possibilities are Heron, Hazel, Herald, Harvest, and Harbor. I didn't think of those.

I think it would be pretty cool if they used a more feminine name like Hazel or Heaven.

Hopper James

Isn't Hopper the name of Sean Penn's son?I wouldn't be surprised if Jessica Alba chose Hopper. Sounds like it goes with her other kids' names.

I think Hopper is a good guess even though I dislike it

Hi !!!What about... Harvard?I thought also on Hallelujah (it is unisex as it is a pray) and Holly (enough masculine) or even Hollywood (mmm maybe too much).I said these because the other H names had already written by other users. But these ones are nice!

The first name that came to mind was Hunter, but it's not unusual. Hero?Hades - too dark? the only other "word" name that came to mind, lol
Hagen - would love to see this used more often! Too close to Haven unfortunately.
Harold - I wonder if this name will ever make a comeback?
Hayden - too close to Haven though.
Hector - time for a comeback too?Something more mainstream/typical surname-style like Harvey, Harley, Harlan, Harris, Holden...H names are tough! I would not have started a theme with H!

H names are tough and even more so considering they want to use a word name!

My three guesses:Happy
Helper
HeatherThese are the only ones that remotely fit (that I could think of). Sadly, it's probably not Heather.

Hiccup LeoHighfive RowanHoover HopscotchHobbit RayneHorehound Tea (this is said to be good for coughs; I was given some by a friend a couple years ago when I had a bad cough, and it might have worked or it might not have, but it smells like death in a mug and tastes worse.)

I love this!

Some of these don’t meet every criteria, but they sure picked a difficult letter to match.Hero
Hawk –my top pick for them, despite not being two syllables
Heath
Hyacinth
Halcyon
Harmony
Heron
Hunter
Hale
Halo
Handsome
Handy
Harbor
Harlequin
Hart
Holland –probable
Hawkeye
Hawthorn –possible
Hazelnut
Hedge
Herald
Hibiscus
Holiday
Hollywood
Honest
Horizon
HumbleAnd I bet the kid is named Mason or Noah in the end, lol.

I thought of Harbour, and Herald, too!

Heron is a good one! Sounds a little rhymey with the last name Warren but it's a good guess!I think Holland is a good guess too!
vote up1
My best guess is Harley. I don't think she'd use Harvey, after the recent events. All that I can think of is Hodor, but A) it's too close to Honor and B) it's not really a suitable kid name, haha.

I'm not sure Harley fits the word name thing, especially considering the girls have names that have pleasant meanings. Hmmm.

Oops, I missed the word name thing!

Hunter
Hardy
Happy
Harper
Harbor
Harden
Harvest
Hawthorn
Herald
Hero

Harbor and Herald are good guesses! Harbor is a bit similar in sound to Honor though...

Hunter - the only word name I could think of!
Hedley
Hollis
Holden
Hamish
Huxley
Harlan
Harris
Henry
Hugo

I thought Hunter too but it definitely doesn't fit the bill of "unusual" :/

Hm, not words...

Harper> It sounds like a girl name and her girls have Honor and Haven though
Hazel? I don't think so...
Harry?I think these are probably all wrong especially Harper and Hazel
