Re: Opinions and ratings on these names

Tiffany - nothing special and I don't feel like it's a good name for a nowadays girl. Maybe after some time it'll be fresh again, but not now and I guess many people may think so too.
Eliana - lovely, charming, definitely in my style, although I would add another n as I love names ending in -anna, well, many of them anyway.
Alessandra - mixed feelings. I kind of like ALexandra/Aleksandra, it's a strong yet feminine name, I love Alexander/Aleksander, but at the same time Aleksandra is soooooo overused here in generations from about 60's until now. ANd in ALessandra I don't like that ss, it takes away even that bit of charm that Alexandra/Aleksandra has.
Evangelina - brilliant, love it. I can't decide which is more beautiful, Evangelina or Evangeline. Meaning is also really lovely. And I like Angelina and related names too, so, yeah, Evangelina is definitely one of my favourites.
Veronica - sweet, but strong and oldfashioned in a nice way. And some nice associations getting in the way, although still it's so similar to our Polish Weronika, which is hugely overused recently and became rather boring to me.
Daniella - love it for it's strength and energy.
Estella - also love, along with other -stella/stelle names.
Serena - pretty, sweet and, just so serene-sounding.
Catalina - not a fan. I like many variants of Katherine, but not this one.
Ellen - prefer Helen or Helena, but it's still lovely and I love it, even if it's dated.
Kellan - a bit too modern for me and not very masculine but still a lovely sound and I love Kelly, so yeah, it's nice.
Timothy - I like Tim, I've always considered Timothy a very serious name for some reason, although... it's not that bad really.
Stefan - meh. It's dated here, sort of uncle name. Uncle in his fourties or fifties. Absolutely charmless, dated and, for me, sort of grumpy, although I don't know many Stefans in person. Steven (but with a v necessarily) or Steve, is a bit more charming.
Jasper - very very charming. And jasper is one of my favourite stones.
Emiliano - Emil is much much better. For some reason, EMiliano sounds to me like a jovial, plump and noisy man who likes to drink a lot. Even Emilio would be better, although it also sounds a bit ridiculously to me, as it is identical with Polish vocative of Emilia, which is my name.
Finley - I tend to like fin- names in general and even though I feel a bit allergic to most of the -ley names, I like Finley and for both genders.
Elliot - with another t would look more complete, but still love it, it's so classy and masculine.
Desmond - like it, never thought about it more though. But definitely has a nice and a bit mysterious feel, plus it's a Celtic name, yay! :D
Dillon - actually almost the same feelings as above. And I prefer it to Dylan a bit.
Hugo - very strong, very Germanic sounding name which I really like, but Hugh is better. My PNL:
