I adore Claire, spelled thusly. Clare looks really weird to me.

Sometimes you just have to dance in the rain.
Here is where you are
There is where you want to be
But you can't get there from here ♥

Love itIt's my sister Lauren's mn; for which reason I tend to prefer it in the mn position. My fave combos with Claire are #1 Tatiana Claire and #2 Evangeline Claire.~Lillian~
Proud daughter of Ann and John
Proud sister of Lauren and Leah
Proud wife of David
Proud mother of Alexander, Scarlett, Sophia, and Gideon

Claire is one of my favourites as both a fn and mn. It was my very favourite a few years ago.I've always preferred Claire although I have a soft spot for Clare seeing as I have a close friend named Hayley Clare. For the reord, Hayley actually prefers Claire :P

I want to be be more like a river--
Less like a wall--
Not trying to hold back these feelings at all.A revolution without dancing is a revolution not worth having.

I personally love the name Claire/Clare. It just sounds so "clean" and simple. I think I've liked it especially reading The Time Traveler's Wife. I prefer the spelling Clare from the character in the book and the Romantic poet John Clare.
