Anyway, what middle name would you pair with Nutmeg? All I can come up with is Nutmeg Elisabeth.

If I had to use Nutmeg, I'd use it as a mn. Probably Leah Nutmeg. My kids both have 3 names, though, so I'd go with Leah Nutmeg Victoria or Leah Nutmeg Caroline.

I would probably use Nutmeg as a MN (ok, I wouldn't actually use it at all, but theoretically), but I think I could come up with a few Nutmeg-as-a-FN combos.
