Cynthia Ann - I like Cynthia alright. It's underused and needs more attention, in my opinion. I find Ann filler as a middle name, though.
Lisa Nicole - I don't like either name. I find both dated.
Lisa Marie - Same deal with Lisa, and Marie is very filler as a middle name.
Leah - My favorite spelling is Lea, but Leah is nice enough. It's a "safe" name.
Natalie - Natalie is lovely. So friendly and bright. I might use it one day.
Emily - Emily is a nice name, but it needs a long rest.
Katherine - This is my favorite spelling, but I also like Catherine. It's a solid classic with a lot of nickname options (Kat, Kate, Katie, Kit)
Lara - I greatly prefer Laura to Lara. Laura looks fuller and more sophisticated.
Angelina - I dislike "angel" names. It's just asking for trouble!
Sabrina - I think it's a nice name. Slightly quirky, and underused.
Kira - I like both this spelling and the Keira spelling. It's not my favorite name, but I'd be pleased to meet one.
Amelia - I think Amelia is great. Very bookish and fussy, and yet the Amelia Earhart reference gives it an adventurous spin.
Natasha - It's lush and sultry, a nice name.

I don't see a lot of these as strictly "nerd names." Most of them have other associations beside the ones you listed, but it's cool that you get your inspiration from these movie/TV show characters. There's some great namesakes on your list!
