Name combinations and Question

I'm not having any kids anytime soon, but I was thinking about some names in the future. Do you have any middle name suggestions for these names?
Boys:Leander, Joel, Julian/Jules, Simon, Tad (Thaddeus)
Girls: Delia, Della, Sadie, WInnie, Jessamyn
Also, do you have any advice on name combinations? I'm having a hard time with first and middle names flowing well together.

My only rule for combos is I hate when the first name and middle name end in the same sound. Example- Emma Catrina or Jason Aaron

Varying the number of syllables in each name is supposed to improve the flow.

Personally I used family names as middle names, with more consideration to who I wanted to honor most rather than flow, or even if I liked the name.
