I looove Leopold, both because of the movie Kate and Leopold and because in the only name dream I ever had I named my son Leopold Allan (Allan after my dad). (Plus, as an added bonus, I have an uncle named Leo.) I don't connect it with Belgium but I don't even know who Leopold II was, lol. I'm not really into history all that much though, so I may be one of the only people who doesn't get the connection, I don't know.
