I have suddenly fallen in love with the name Rose. My husband and I have been watching Doctor Who and hearing the name said so often has made me love it.

I'm not sure if I could use it - it's the middle name of my husband's grandmother, mother, sister and niece. Names do tend to be reused quite a lot in his family (I can't even keep track of all the times Christine has been used, or Jacob, or Christopher), however his sister tends to be a little bit on the sensitive side. I still might do it, though.

What do you think of the name? Is it too sweet? I'm not sure what I'd use as a middle name. Is Rosa better?

Rose Teresa - I love this quite a lot.
Rosa Magdalen
Rosa Magdalena / Rose Magdalena
Rose Susannah - after her grandmothers
Rosa Diane - again, after her grandmothers (My mom's middle name is Diane)
