[Opinions] Triplets
Two years ago in the uk triplets were born and they hold 2 Guinness World Records for the earliest surviving triplets as they were born at just 22 weeks and five days old and the lowest surviving combined birth weight of just 2 pounds and 13 ounces or around 1275.8g. They were in todays newspaper as they are now 2 years old.The triplets are Rubi-Rose
Payton-Jane
Porscha-MaeWDYT of the names and what would you name triplets?

Portia JaneThere we go!

And they were born on Valentine's Day. The names sound tacky, I think.

I know someone whose divorce was finalised on Valentine's Day! Best one ever, she says.

Aka the Hyphen Kids.
I like Ruby, but Ruby Rose sounds like a nail polish or lipstick. I really don't like Payton, it's bland and tired. Porsha looks dated somehow, and it looks dumb to be misspelled that way.
None of the names sound like sisters; Porsha really sticks out.If I had triplet girls:Brianna KathleenSavannah Dawn
Alyssa Noelle. If Brianna and Savannah sounding so similar bothered me, which they might, I'd replace Savannah with Jessica.

I don’t like any of the triplets names. If I was naming triplets today they would be Imogen Violet
Willa Hermione
Mhairi Lynette

The names are moderately dreadful. Ruby or Portia would be okay without hyphenating, but there is nothing that will make Payton-Jane a decent option.

Not a huge fan of those. Rubi-Rose is probably the best of the three but I don't like the spelling or that, as was mentioned below, it's a lipstick shade. Payton and Porscha are just nms.If I had triplets and I was going for hyphens I would just lean all the way in and make them all Marys, let's be real, this kind of an opportunity shouldn't be missed (Mary-Ann, Mary-Beth, and Mary-Jane) but realistically I know I'd probably encounter opposition so sensibly I'd settle for:Betty-May
Emmie-Lou
Mollie-Ann

Why not go for Mary x3. Around 50 years ago my dad had a friend who was dating a girl known as MC. Her name was Mary Catherine and she was one of five sisters who were all called Mary something. I believe it was Ann, Beth, Sue, Jane and Catherine.

Ohhhh I love that! Well, if the other parent could be convinced, I'd absolutely love to go for it! I love that for the five Marys, the stars aligned perfectly and their parents were both willing to do this.

The 2 part of the hyphen go well together. I don't like hyphenated names and 2 with P and then poor Ruby, should have separate initials. I like Ruby, Portia is ok, not sure with Ruby though

I hate that they are all hyphenated and that two start with the same letter, but the third doesn't. Also, Payton just does not seem to fit with the others. I don't like Porscha at all. Ruby Rose and Payton Jane would be okay combos.Mine, if they were all girls:Genevieve Marie
Alexandria Elaine
Rosemary Jane

They seem really stream-of-consciousness. I wonder if they actually are or if they were carefully contemplated or based on something cohesive. Here are my stream-of-consciousness triplets
Dorothy-Rainbow
Yvette-Venusia
Vera-Catrinel

Not really my cup of tea. I do like jane, Mae, rose, and Ruby (that spelling) individually. Peyton is just "bleh" to me

I do like Rose and Ruby-Rose would be quite sweet — I’m not sure how I feel about this spelling. Payton-Jane is nms and I really prefer Portia to Porscha :)Today, I’d name triplets Guinevere Hespera Fawn, Iseult Marion Glory, & Ferelith Astoria Sea!

Yikes! If they grow up to have better taste than their parents, they could comfortably go by Rose, Jane and Mae. I don't like jewel names, but I dislike kre8iv spelling even more. And the visual image - a dark-red rose presumably - should be lovely but isn't.
I don't like Payton or Peyton in any place and for any purpose. The matching AY sounds should be a unifying factor but just sound silly, like a skipping rhyme. And Porscha-Mae! Whey not either Portia or Porsche? Depending on whether one prefers fictional lawyers or pricey cars, either would do at a pinch, but not both. And Mae, to my eyes, is just another spelling error.Overall, it's an opportunity wasted. What would I do? Today, I'm feeling Katharine, Lucy and Marianne.

I like Ruby (not Rubi) and I love Rose, but not together.Jane is okay, I only prefer it for a middle name though.I don’t like Payton, Porscha or Mae

If I had girl triplets:Lana RoseRose” (she’d go by her middle name)
Eloise Aura

I like Ruby and Rose (not together) and poor Rubi will be explaining how to spell her name forever.Payton is ugly.Porscha is a terrible spelling of Portia.
My triplet girls today would be:
Rosa Dawn
Francesca Naomi
Gloria Sophia

I love Rose, Jane and Mae but don't like Rubi, Payton and Porscha. I would name my triplets Lucille, Clementine and Juniper today.

I think they are very twee British in a not good way.Ruby Jane, Payton Rose, Portia Mae would have been tolerable. Rubi-Rose is a cheap lipstick shade. If I had triplet girls:Sylvie Josefina
Imogen Lusine
Florence Aurelia
