1. What names are you thinking of most today?
George and Alice were yesterday's.
2. Do you think its ok to have themed middle names in a sibset if you like all the names?
Absolutely. I often wage internal wars with myself about whether it's okay to use a form of Mary or Alice on every daughter.
3. Do you think its ok to name a child after a book/movie character if its not REALLY obvious, and you were passionate about the book/movie?
Uh, yeah. It's fine.
4. Do you think in about 8 years time it'll be ok to call a boy Shiloh?
I don't think it will ever be okay to call a boy Shiloh. Or a girl.
5. How do you find most of the names you put on your list, or have you just come across them over the years?
They are mostly names I have known that begin to appeal to me over time. Some I find while skimming databases and some other BTNers mention and some I see IRL.
6. How long have you had a name list?
Since I got on BTN. Before that I had sporadic "What My Kids Will Be Named" lists, but they were inconsistent.
7. Do you write fiction/film scripts etc?
A little bit.
8. Whats your least favourite name atm?
OH LEAST favorite.
Excluding a lot of mindless trendy things, let's go with Sidney and Eliana. Although Matthew comes really close and so does Madison.
9. Whats the first combo that comes into your head right now? Quick!!!
Julius Godwin Menelaus. Windchimes.
(The first combo was actually Minerva Maria Cecilia and neither of those are spontaneous. The first spontaneous combo was Sidney Eliana.)
10. Do you think pets should have pet names (e.g. Fluffy) or people names or do you not really care?
I do not care. I wish they wouldn't all be named Max and Sadie though - you can get away with so much silliness in pet naming.
11. Whats the oddest combo (in your opinion) that you've ever liked?
uhh idk.
12. Do you go through phases with your names, or do you tend to stick with most of them?
Both. :D
13. If you're planning on having children, how many would you want?

14. Is there one name you'd really like to use, but feel like you can't for some reason or other? If so, what name and why.
Well, I'm not dying to use Adolf, but if there had never been a Hitler I would probably shortlist it pretty quick.
15. Do you like nature/word names or think they're a bit too weird and non-namey?
Yeah, I dig 'em sometimes. A lot of times I think they're dumb. My objection is not weird/non-namey, it is "Wow this is a dumb and pretentious name."
