Christina, Sophia, Juliana (m)
Which would you choose, and why? What would you use as a middle name?If you had to use a nickname, what would it be? **After supposedly dying on January 30, 2007 after eating tainted pancakes, she returned several times as an angel and was revealed to be alive on May 17, 2011. )**

Juliana. Sophia is too popular right now and I’ve never been a fan of Christine or Christina. Juliana is a pretty name whether you pronounce it ANNA or AHNAH. For a middle name I’d probably use Juliana Grace or Juliana Claire.

Juliana. I'm not Christian, so I'd feel weird using Christina. I like Sophia, but I prefer Sophie, so Juliana wins.Juliana Catherine. nn would probably be Annie.

I'd choose Christina; it's in or near my top 10 anyway. If I had to choose a nn, it'd be Tina or maybe Christa, though I'd rather just use the full name, and while I like those nns, if I wanted to use them I'd just give them as the full names. I prefer Kristina, I think.
I never liked Juliana, it's overly fancy, and Sophia is all right but always makes me think of soap. And I really don't like the nn Sophie, which is so prissy and posh.

SophiaIt's calm and collected, and "wisdom" is a wonderful meaning.Sophia Calypso, nicknamed Sophie.

Not Christina. I'm not remotely Christian and it would seem inappropriate. But, Christiana is a family name twice over, so if I had to use a Chris- name, that would be the one; mn only.
And not Juliana either. I knew one who went by Julie, which is shorter and neater and tidier - Juliana is right over the top! - but the only Juli- name I enjoy is Juliet, and then only as a mn.
Which leaves Sophia. I pronounce it soFEYEa, not soFEEa. And my friend's daughter, who is a red-head, goes by Phia, which is great because it sounds like Fire! I'd use it too - we live in different towns.
Sophia Juliet or Sophia Christiana would both work.
More likely:
Sophia Gillian
Sophia Margaret
Sophia Clare
Sophia Cecily

At first I wanted Sophia María de los Ángeles, or Sophia Anne-Claire, but I decided:
Sophia Colette (NN Sophico/Sofiko. It's also a Georgian variant of Sophia)

I might choose Christina just because I’m sick of the other two. Juliana is over the top. So Christina. One of my closest friends is a Christina and she goes by the full name. She’s made me like it a lot more.Christina Frances
I prefer the name in full but if I had to choose a nickname, I’d pick Kit.

Juliana, it has a lot of happy and "sing song" vibes. I would pick Juliana Louise. It makes me think of a girl in a musical singing her heart out about a more provincial life, the hills being alive, or doing better than that.
