Ranking from favourite to least favourite:
Violet * - classic and elegant, it can be dressed up or down in a name combo pretty much any way, but I think it works well with dramatic names for a certain melancholic gothic edge
Sophia * - incredibly overused but it's a pretty name with a fascinating history and nice meaning, if it were far less common I'd probably like it a lot
Eleanor * - stately and elegant with nickname options
Isabella * - not my variant of choice of the name family, but it's not terrible. It ranks here mostly because of its versatility and because I like a lot of Isabella-esque names.
Sofia * - it's fine - it's less pretty to me than Sophia though.
Elani * - interesting and feels like it should have an interesting background - not made up - although nothing shows on a searc
Ava - Olivia - Luna - all dull, not my style, sort of annoying in an overused way, but not in themselves bad names. They all seem to chronically lack any real personality or spark though.
Avani - nice but not amazing and there's far prettier Indian-language names out there
Mariella - ok. If Maria were less universally used and insanely used now and historically, I think on look and sound Maria is prettier than Mariella though. It's just insanely boring because of centuries of massive use.
Evelyn - It could be quite elegant. It's just wildly not my style.
Kara - Prefer Cara. Don't like the K here. Don't like the simplicity, it's too simple. But it's not terrible, and it's got a friendly vibe to it.
Mia - Super basic and dull.
