Very pretty. I think it's a classy name, and even though it's not uncommon to have heard it before it's still not one that you see every day on a real person. I tend to like fairly 'classic' names, so that's the sort of thing I'd pair it with. Such as:Monica Elizabeth
Monica Elaine
Monica Constance
Monica Catherine
Monica Eleanor
Monica Theresa
Monica Christine
Monica Marcelline
Monica Clarity
Monica Davide (I know Davide is a masculine name, but I met a girl with it once and it was very pretty on her. She said it da-VEED; I don't know the actual Italian pronunciation, though.)
Monica Patrice
Monica Laurentine
Monica Laurel
Monica Frances

I'm not partically fond of it and we also started doing a warm up in drama class containing that name, so it's even worse imo.Just for the sake of it, this is the exercise:When we say Mo- we crouch down with our arms stretched out as if holding a giant ball and say it in a deep voice.
The -ni- part is squealed as high as you can on tiptoes and your arms stretched far up.
And the -ca part is said in a normal voice slowly going back into a normal upright position.Do that over and over again and you'll see why it doesn't work imo.Saying that, it's not the worst name, I'd prever it over quite a lot of names anytime, just not for me!

I love Monica! I think it's gorgeous. I'm bad at middle names, though, sorry.
