I agree, it depends on the name.
I don't think
Theodora is funky nor clunky. It's a rather pretty name that sounds fashionable.
Augusta on the other hand, that's clunky. But not funky. It's too classical to be funky. It's a little antique, but in good condition, has no funk on it.
