I like Adrian, Xavier, Josiah, Nathaniel, Victor and Levi. :)

Dominic- I like it. It's handsome and strong without being overbearing.
Adrian- I like it, but probably wouldn't consider it myself.
Xavier- Love it if pronounced "ZAYV-yer." I don't like "ex-ZAYV-yer."
Josiah- It's okay. It seems a bit too Biblical for my tastes (I actually don't know if this is a Biblical name, but it feels like one to me.)
Nathaniel- This spelling. I like it but right now prefer the simpler Nathan.
Santiago- For a middle name, it's fine. There's a lot more room with middle names for more unusual choices.
Emanuel- Same as Santiago.
Marcus- It doesn't really do anything for me.
Jonas- I love the spelling Jonah, but not so much Jonas.
Victor- It's okay. Very strong.
Leonardo- I prefer just Leo.
Ezekiel- Eh, never really cared for this or the nickname Zeke.
Oscar- This is a name I've never understood the appeal of, because it's not very attractive to me.
Marcos- Same as Marcus.
Ruben- It's okay, but it reminds me of sandwiches and Ruben Studdard from the early days of American Idol.
Anthony- I've never liked Anthony. Not sure why.
Levi- It's alright. I don't have anything against it, I guess.

Xavier and Adrian are my favorites. As far as combos go, I adore Xavier Santiago and Adrian Santiago. Dominic Santiago and Victor Santiago would be great as well.
